If you buy a property through one of our Zeuks.com approved agents, we refund to you part of the commission received by the agent. Rebate is based on a 3% buy side commission split. For homes with a final sale price of $150,000 or higher, the minimum rebate offered is 1% of the sales price. The homes listed on "ZEUKS FEATURED" have been hand picked and have a potential for a higher rebate. The rebate amount will vary from home to home and can be found on the listing's detail page. Note that he minimum fee of a Zeuks.com appointed agent is $4,000 per transaction.

The rebate can be given to you in a number of ways. You can use the rebate money directly in your offer to help with closing costs, buy down interest points in your loan, or simply receive a check within 14 days after closing escrow. Please note that some lenders have certain restrictions that will not allow us to apply the rebate towards your purchase, in such case we will cut you a check 14 days after closing of escrow.

No. Zeuks' features and property search is provided to you at no cost. All fees and arrangements are taken care of between Zeuks.com and the contracted real eastate company that represents you.

Zeuks.com is tied to a number of MLS (multiple listing services) associations to be able to provide you with as many listings as possible. Zeuks.com is updated several times a day to ensure you have the most up-to-date information available to you. If you find a property somewhere else and it is not in our system, just get the MLS number or property address and we will conduct an internal search of the property and provide you with the latest information.

No. If you have signed and Exclusive Agency Agreement with another real estate agency you can not use Zeuks.com. You must enter an Exclusive Agency Agreement with a Zeuks.com approved Real Estate agent in order to receive a rebate.

Yes. Just give us a call, have either the MLS number or property address available. We will check for availability and process the necessary paperwork to ensure that your offer is submitted.

No. Real estate lenders will not allow the rebate to be used as an initial down payment.
