No, there is no one website that has every single property for sale. Zeuks.com is tied to a number of mls (multi listing service) companies to be able to provide you with as many listings as possible. Zeuks is updated several times a day to insure you have the most up-to-date information available to you, so while you dont have every single property that's for sale out there, you do have a great number of them, and in a situation you find a property somewhere thats not in our system just give the mls number or property address, and we will be more than happy to extend our services to you. |
No, if you have signed with another real estate agency you can not use Zeuks, since the agent that you use in your transaction has to be one that we assign to you. |

The rebate can be given to you in a number of ways. You can use the rebate money direclty in your offer to help with closing cost, buy down interest points in your loan, or simply receive a check within 14 days after closing escrow. Please note that some lenders have certain restrictions that will not allow us to apply the rebate towards your purchase, in such case we will cut you a check 14 days after closing of escrow. |
